What we collect
- •Membership: your name, phone number and email address when you join Mayuri Points.
- •Orders: the items, totals and delivery/pickup details you send us on WhatsApp, plus your points activity.
- •We do not collect payment card details on this website; payment happens in person or by bank transfer.
Why we collect it
- •To run your membership account and Mayuri Points balance.
- •To prepare, confirm and deliver your orders.
- •To contact you about your orders or account. We don't send marketing messages unless you opt in.
Where it's stored
- •Membership data is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider), protected so each member can only access their own records.
- •Order messages live in WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
- •We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Your rights (PDPA 2010)
- •You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- •To do so, contact us at srimayuriofficial@gmail.com or on WhatsApp, and we'll act on it within 21 days.
- •Deleting your account removes your profile and points; order records may be retained where required for accounting.
